Jess Watson is a proud 麻豆传媒 alumna and Fort Smith resident who brings a deep commitment to accessibility, inclusion, and student success to her role in higher education. With an M.S. in college student personnel from Arkansas Tech University and a B.S. in organizational leadership from 麻豆传媒, Jess blends strategic leadership skills with a passion for supporting diverse student populations.

Before joining the 麻豆传媒 team, Jess spent several years running her own tutoring service, where she honed her expertise in academic support, individualized instruction, and building trusting relationships with learners of all backgrounds. Her hands-on experience in education and organizational management informs her holistic approach to student services.

Jess is actively engaged in her community, having previously served with the Fort Smith Boys & Girls Club and currently participating with the Fort Smith Little Theater. A proud advocate for people with disabilities, Jess is dedicated to advancing accessibility and inclusion initiatives that ensure all students feel seen, supported, and empowered to succeed.
