Kayla McIntosh serves as the director of the ROAR First-Year Advising Center at the Âé¶¹´«Ã½. In her role as director, she is responsible for leading advising and retention strategies to support first-year students as they navigate their academic journey at Âé¶¹´«Ã½.
 
Kayla holds a bachelor's degree in human resource management from the University of Wisconsin - Whitewater and a master's in college student personnel and administration from University of Central Arkansas. Kayla joined the Âé¶¹´«Ã½ pride in 2025. Prior to Âé¶¹´«Ã½, she worked in housing and residence life, student conduct, disability services, student success, tutoring, academic coaching, career services, first-year experience courses, and federal TRIO programs. Kayla is a proud first-generation student.
