Dr. Natacia Faulkner, a first-generation college graduate, is an assistant professor
of rhetoric and writing. She is a former community college writing instructor and
writing center director. Dr. Faulkner's research focuses upon the role of reading
within writing studies' current framework of theory, pedagogy, and assessment.
